Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed half and half (54F - Cold Holding) on ice bath near drive through window. As per manager, product placed on ice bath less than 1 hour. Manager placed product inside reach in freezer to rapidly chill.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed case of single service French fry containers stored on floor across from convection oven. Employee placed items on shelf.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Employee hung mop to dry properly.
