Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed green mold like substance in ice machine chutes at soda dispensing station.

Dead roaches on premises. Observed 2 dead roaches in back dry storage area on floor next to and under green rolling bagged soda rack and single serve storage rack. Operators removed dead roaches and cleaned area.
