Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw beef stored over ready-to-eat hashbrowns not sealed in original commercial packaging in reach-in freezer to the right of the fryers. Operator moved and stored correctly.

Operator has employees from previous store completing training course online and some are partially completed and some are pending. Discussed requirements with manager.
