Unnecessary items stored in garbage enclosure. Observed two storage racks and two fryers in the garbage enclosure.
Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed walls towards the back of the kitchen near the bread racks and soda boxes and the back drive thru area walls with accumulation of dust.

Observed front counter employee with long fingernails brushing loose hair from face then handle clean equipment and refill candy containers and blend smoothie without washing hands. Manager retrained employee.
Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Vacuum breaker removed and splitter added. Manager added to list to pick up tomorrow.
Employee with artificial nails/nail polish working with exposed food without wearing intact gloves. Observed employee with very long and heavily bejeweled fingernails handling open foods making drinks and serving ice cream, blending smoothies, handling single service items and touching clean equipment. Manager had employees wash hands and add gloves.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed employees working with open food on cookline with bracelets and watches. Manager had employees remove items and wash hands before returning to line.
Employee with ineffective hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed employee on line with part hair pulled up and other short hair not covered with hat or visor. Manager had employee add hairnet then wash hands and return to line.

Stored food not covered. Observed box of open Pattie's in walk-in freezer not rewrapped after opening. Manager rewrapped items.
