Hot water takes too long to reach handwash sink resulting in employees using only cold water to wash their hands. Employee washed hands with cold water, I followed and water was still cold, it took a while to get to handwashing temperature of 85°. Approximately 3 minutes total

Observed sliced tomatoes at prep line in kitchen as per operator tomatoes sliced approximately 2 hours ago. Operator added time stamp.

Dead roaches on premises. Observed one dead roach to the right of triple sink on floor, and 3 dead roaches on floor at back storage area for sodas. Operator clean and sanitized areas.
