Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed debris on reach in cooler gaskets ( cooler located at the front by the ice cream machine)
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed water leaking from ceiling pipe at the front area ( no food present in the area )
