Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed buildup of ice on floor inside walk-in freezer.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed single-service cups stored on floor in dry storage area. Manager moved cups to a shelf at time of inspection.

Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop not hung to dry by mop sink in back of kitchen area. Manger hung mop in order to properly dry.
