To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. As per operator, the food safety training is valid for 1 years from the date completed. Operator could not locate the training online during the inspection. Operator provided paper training which area expired. Operator discarded the food.
