To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. As per operator, the food safety training is valid for 1 years from the date completed. Operator could not locate the training online during the inspection. Operator provided paper training which area expired. Hot holding bin nearby the sandwich line: sausage burrito (100F - Hot Holding); ham and cheese croissants (122F - Hot Holding). As per operator, placed in the hot holding bin 20 minutes ago. Operator discarded the food.
