Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In walk-in cooler, raw bacon over ready-to-eat liquid pasteurized eggs, drink mixes. Operator rearranged for proper food protection.
Equipment located in an area not protected from overhead leakage of pipes, drains and other sources. Leak over triple sink in ceiling, water going onto clean and sanitized dishware. Operator is already working with company on solution, will not use dishware that has not been properly rewashed and sanitized.

In walk-in cooler, liquid pasteurized eggs (44F - Cold Holding); sliced cheese (46F - Cold Holding); ham (45F - Cold Holding); cut lettuce (46F - Cold Holding) for one hour after delivery per operator, operator stated door was left open for extended period during delivery. Operator opened connected door to walk-in freezer for rapid chilling of product. Also Drive thru window ice cream machine: vanilla mix with dairy (45F - Cold Holding) for one hour per operator. Operator used ice in bag to cool down mix, in 15 minutes 43F.
Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. In back dry storage room, no cove molding present, gap between floor and wall.
Ice buildup in walk-in freezer.
