Creamers containing milk in front counter area: creamer (61F - Cold Holding) Discussed with general and assistant manager container is overfilled not allowing creamers at the top to be cold held. Manager put item into reach in freezer to bring down temperature.

Emailed DBPR Clean-Up of Vomiting and Diarrheal Events form. Establishment does not have chemical bleach onsite, as confirmed by the District Manager. Inspector discussed according to written procedures, an appropriate cleaning chemical must be available to ensure employees can properly respond to vomiting or diarrheal events. Form will be used as a template for establishment.
