Cut tomatoes and cut lettuce on cold bar being held on time as a public health control did not have the time marked when placed on the cold bar. Employee states both products were brought out approximately 5 minutes earlier and employee added appropriate time to both products.

Dead roaches on premises. One dead roach to right of toilet in women's restroom. Employee removed and discarded dead roach.
