Main kitchen mop sink area- observed 3 live flying insects flying around and landing on soda machine dispenser shelf. Dining area at CocaCola dispenser machine- observed approximately 8 live flying insects flying around trash cans on left and right side of soda CocaCola dispenser machine. Dining area side entrance door- observed 2 live flying insects flying around trash can. Dining area- observed 1 live flying insects flying around trash can at double door entrance.
Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Main kitchen walk in cooler- observed employee cup of coffee and juice in walk in cooler on shelf next to case of half n half. Operator discarded employee beverages.
