Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed a leaking faucet in the mop sink area.

No running cold water at hand sink. Observed on cookline.. Manager turned on cold water at the sink.
Backflow device not located for convenient service or maintenance access. Observed two missing black flow devices. One needed in extra faucet and the other needed on right hose extending from the splitter.
