Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Ice cream shake vanilla mix 44F cold holding, ice cream vanilla 46-47F cold holding in cooler since 7:15 am. Found at 10:50am. Advised to rapid chill in 15 mins. Manager Rechecked with their thermometer and has placed a work order. Work order sign is on machine.
