Spray bottle containing "comet" stored on prep table above single-use items at front of kitchen. Employees moved all chemicals during this inspection.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Backflow prevention device missing at hose connection on side of exterior storage shed.
