Approximately 21 rodent droppings in front counter cabinets next to cookline. with dry storage items, single service items - plastic flatware, sugar and sweetener packets. Observed a hole in the wall in cabinet under front counter hand sink. Approximately 2 rodent droppings in cabinet near cookline with bag in box soda. 1 rodent dropping behind water heater at back door. Observed hole cut in wall next to water heater. Operator immediately began cleaning and sanitizing the areas.
