Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. On top shelf of food storage rack next to three compartment sink, spray bottle of Lysol next to bbq sauces. Operator removed spray bottle and stored properly.
Mobile food dispensing vehicle disposing liquid waste improperly. Operator stated they pump waste water into 300 gallon tub on trailer and drives to approved establishment to dump. Operator states he has company come pump out the out house on property and will just have same company pump waste water.

Dead roaches on premises. One dead roach observed by the plastic bags of the front counter, employee discarded the dead roach.
Hotel and Restaurant license decal not displayed on mobile food dispensing vehicle. No license decal displayed on MFDV. Most recent license available expired 2021.
Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. License number not posted on the outside of the MFDV. Operator has stickers in a folder in the unit.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Silver catering trays over flip top reach in cooler not inverted or covered.
