Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed chlorine sanitizing dishmachine at 0 ppm in kitchen and in bar. Employee primed machine but sanitizer is still at 0 ppm. Operator contacted company for service and set up three compartment sink with quaternary solution at 200 ppm.
