Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed glassware inside dish machine at the bar with sanitizer concentration chlorine 0 ppm. All glassware were rewashed and sanitized ( chlorine 100 ppm)
Clean equipment/dishware/utensils stored next to handwash/food preparation sink exposed to splash. Observed clean pots and pans stored next to the hand sink, exposed to splash.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Employee inverted them.
