Employee on cookline cracked raw shell eggs and continued preparation for multiple other items without washing hands and changing gloves. Reviewed proper procedures with staff and employee washed hands.
Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Dishwasher failed to wash hands before handling sanitized dupishware immediately after rinsing and loading dirty dishware. Reviewed proper procedures and employee began washing hands.
