Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Non food grade paper towel lining a pan of arugula in the reach in cooler in the front counter area. Owner removed the towel.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Quaternary wiping cloth sanitizer ready 100ppm. Owner replaced the sanitizer, new reading 300ppm.
