Observed pan of sliced cheese over filled past cold holding line at cooks line in top of cold holding table at 46F. Employee moved over fill of sliced cheese to bottom of reach-in cooler. Observed pan of veggie cream cheese over filled pass cold holding line at cooks line in top of cold holding table at 47F. Employee moved over fill of cheese to bottom of reach-in cooler.
