Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed operator start new food preparation task, put on new gloves without washing hands. Explained operator the importance of washing hands before starting a new task. Gave examples of what changing tasks are.
Stop Sale issued due to food originating from an unapproved source. Operator stated he made empanada beef filling at home. Approximately 50 each empanadas, 40 cooked and 10 frozen.
