No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed by tree compartment sink.
Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed at kitchen units wits handles soiled.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Kitchen.
Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Observed cooking oil under the stove at cook line.
Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Unit located at storage are by storage walk in cooler.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.
