No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths.
No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. During the routine inspection observed, the following modifications and additions to the establishment were observed: The front counter has been relocated to the take-out area. A wall has been constructed to separate the kitchen from the front counter area. Three (3) electric stoves and one (1) double fryer have been installed, along with two (2) hood systems for ventilation. An additional double standing reach-in cooler has been placed near the food preparation area. The operator has installed a new hand sink at the front counter. A coffee machine, one (1) chest freezer, and three (3) reach-in cooler units have also been added to the front counter area.
Raw/undercooked animal food offered and establishment has no written consumer advisory. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. Discussed with operator and provided printed sign.

Observed butter (80F - Cold Holding) stored on top of stove. As per operator, gets taken out during peak time.

Observed raw chicken (48F - Cold Holding); raw beef (47F - Cold Holding) stored in the reach in cooler in the kitchen since last night, as per employee. Observed butter (80F - Cold Holding) stored on top of stove. As per operator, gets taken out during peak time. Discussed time as a public health Control with the operator and provided the form.
