Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw chicken and eggs stored over ready to eat pasta and potatoes in the reach in cooler. Operator switched the products.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels for the bathroom and ware washing hand wash sink. Operator placed more towels there.
No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Observed no sanitizer in the restaurant. Operator purchased a contingent of restaurant grade chlorine to use.
Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Observed the food in the dry storage area not stored at least 6 inches off the ground.

Stored food not covered. Observed for sale fruit cups not covered when stored. Operator covered them in plastic wrap.
