Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm)in main kitchen. Operator set up Three compartment sink for sanitizing and called service technician. Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm) at bar. Triple Sink (Quaternary 200ppm) Operator will use Three compartment sink in kitchen for sanitizing glasses.
