Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Observed Dishwasher (Temperature 152F). Operator will discontinue use of dishwasher until it is fixed.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw alligator and octopus stored over ready to eat garlic and onions in the walk in cooler. Operator stored properly.
