Milk, almond milk, whipping cream and sour cream not date marked in Walk in cooler. Operator added date mark to products during time of inspection.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed to employees with earrings and a necklace while preparing cake batter. Discussed with operator only a plain ring is allowed.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Located on dry storage rack next to Dish machine.
Missing drain plug at dumpster.
Open dumpster lid. Operator closed dumpster lid during time of inspection.
Single-service articles improperly stored. 3 large cases of cake boxes stored on floor at back storage area. Operator relocated boxes to an approved location during time of inspection.
