Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In walk in cooler raw calamari stored above poached shrimp, discussed with operator who corrected storage of products.
Raw/undercooked animal food offered and establishment has no written consumer advisory. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. Establishment sells raw cobia ceviche with no consumer advisory on menu or posted in restaurant, discussed with operator to add consumer advisory to menu, and provided operator with print out copy to post.
