Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed cup with no handle in container of peanuts. Operator removed cup.
Grease on the ground and/or pad around grease receptacle.

Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Ceiling damaged above pantry station.
Equipment in poor repair. Walk in freezer door is missing a door latch.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed utensils in standing water 61F in a dipper well. Operator turned water on.

In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Located behind bar, knife stored between cooler and sink in crack. Operator removed and replaced knife with clean utensil.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Reach in cooler hinges and seal soiled with debris, located on cook line.
Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. Avacados cut prior to washing. Located on cook line. Advised operator to wash Avacados before cutting.
Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Located on cook line.

Cleaned and sanitized equipment or utensils not properly stored. Forks, knives and spoons throughout kitchen found to be improperly stored, not inverted. Advised operator of need to properly store utensils. Operator recreated and sanitizer and placed in proper storage, handle side up.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Scoops in multiple dry food ingredients found with handle in contact with product throughout kitchen. Operator advised if storing dispensing utensils in food products, to have handle out of product.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Located in back of kitchen.
Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. Several avocados found cut prior to washing. Advised operator to clean avocados, including labeling removal, prior to cutting for service.
