Cooked poultry not reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Grilled chicken breast (146-151F - Cooking), observed employee on cook line stating chicken was done to take final cooking temperature and not reaching minimum internal temperature. Chicken was being cooked to be cool down for later use. Operator is not using non continuous cooking method. Employee re-cooked chicken to 171F.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Raw chicken, raw shrimp (51-59F - Cold Holding); raw beef (48-51F - Cold Holding); noodles (47-50F - Cold Holding), all stored under cook line reach in cooler drawer and place there from main walk in cooler approximately 2 hrs ago as per manager. Unit at 49F ambient temperature. Manager place service call and had all items moved to walk in freezer to bring down temperature

Hot water takes too long to reach handwash sink resulting in employees using only cold water to wash their hands. Hot water at hand wash sink next to pizza making station took long time to get hot. Employee washed hands at hand wash sink while water was still cold. Inquired with operator about hot water and it got hot after running for more than 3 minutes.
Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. raw beef, cooked vegetables, cooked chicken, cooked noodles (46F-51F - Cold Holding) in rice drawers below grill. Operator stated items were in cooler from last night and unsure when cooler stopped working. See Stop Sale.
