Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. 0 ppm, triple sink already set at 200 ppm quat.. Recheck 100 ppm.
Hose attached to faucet at three-compartment/food preparation/handwash sink eliminating required air gap. At mop sink.
