Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed bread pudding (64F - Cold Holding) located at front counter display, at room temperature less than 4 hrs. Operator removed bread pudding and placed it into reach in cooler for rapid cooling.
