At pizza station, employee handled money, touched dirty surfaces, then proceeded to prepare pizzas without washing hands and change gloves. Advised operator of proper handwashing. Employee washed hands, changed gloves.

Shredded cheese 47 f cold holding at pizza station (less than 1 hour they remove pizza toppings from 2 door cooler and keep at the counter at pizza prep station. Employee moved cheese container back to cooler. Explained keep on ice while out of the cooler or use time and small containers.
