Observed the following food temperatures greater than 41°F; shredded lettuce (49F - Cold Holding); cut tomatoes (51F - Cold Holding); grilled onions (50F - Cold Holding) All were located in reach in cooler that had an ambient temperature of 68°F. As per manager foods had only been in cooler for about 30 minutes. Manager moved to a different cooler.
