Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee handle phone without washing hands gloves on and then start to handle food. Employees washed discarded bread and removed gloves.
Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed employee handle bread after handling cell phone. Employees washed discarded voluntarily discarded bread and wash hands and put on new gloves.
