Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cooked green beans at temperatures of 121-128F in heating unit under steamer near rear exit. Person in charge stated green beans are related from night prior in steamer unit then placed in heating unit for hot holding. Green beans were placed in unit 3 hours prior per person in charge and were placed back in steamer for reheating. Heating unit is missing coverings and is unable to maintain a hot environment within. No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Establishment ran out of quat sanitizer for dishes. Operator stated more will arrive on their truck on Friday. Recommended operator get sanitizer for the next two days.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Interior of ice machine door in dry storage room by back door has mold-like substance.
Bathroom facility in disrepair. Toilet seat in woman's restroom is in disrepair.
Equipment in poor repair. Inside the 3rd dry storage cabinet behind cash registers has a hole in the interior.
Hole in or other damage to wall/ceiling. Hole in the wall by the walk in freezer. Hole in the ceiling in kitchen over where fish is hot held. Ceiling in dry storage area by the back door is in disrepair.
