Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Ceiling tiles in dining area have water stains. Multiple panels are warped/bowing. Vent system in office missing cover, area around vent is soiled and shows signs of water damage.
Condensation or other drainage not disposed of according to law. Throughout building condensation from AC unit is dripping through ceiling tiles. Center section of dining area is closed due to water dripping from tiles onto floor. Water drips from ceiling onto floor near the three compartment sink and between the office and cook line. No water was observed on food or food prep surfaces. Manager stated repairs have been scheduled for AC unit and has replacement tiles to put up once repairs are complete.
