In hot cabinet at front counter beef patties (130F - Hot Holding) per operator product prepared approximately 1 hour ago, discussed with operator to reheat product to 165F and maintain at 135F and above. Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. In food pantry area in front of walk in cooler large hole with cove molding/ tiles missing, discussed with operator to repair.
