Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw steak and chicken stored over tortillas, bread, plantains, and produce in reach-in coolers.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Chicken in reach-in cooler at 48f for 30 minutes. Per manager, chicken was prepared last night and is out of temp due to frequently opening fridge door.
