Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Front counter bar- observed 25 live flying insects flying around and landing on open liquor bottle caps and beer dispenser nozzles and inside clean margarita glasses. Dish area storage shelf at 3 compartment sink- observed 12 live flying insects flying around and landing on storage shelf, clean pots, and containers. Main Dry storage food room- observed 5 live flying insects flying around and landing on bags of sugar and balsamic vinegar. Mop sink- observed 3 live flying insects flying around at mop sink. Soda dispenser at exit door- observed 5 live flying insects flying around cases of soda syrup. Shelf at walk in cooler- observed 2 live flying insects flying around bag of potatoes. Wait station- observed 10 live flying insects flying around iced tea dispenser.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
