Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand wash sink next to 3 compartment sink. Had a bucket stored in the sink. Manager removed bucket
Toilet/urinal not flushing/functioning properly. Observed one urinal out of order black trash bag is covering it. Still has 1 working urinal and 2 working toilets
