Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed a cook rinsing his gloves with water instead of changing them.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed milk (62F - Cold Holding) on the front counter. As per the manager it was put approximately 15 minutes ago he put in the reach in cooler to cool it down.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a cup and food debris in the front counter hand washing sink. The manager removed the items.
