Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. At breading station, chicken wings (59F - Cold Holding). Operator stated chicken out for 30 minutes during rush. Moved to reach-in freezer.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. On lower shelf at cashier station, spray bottles of Clorox and Awesome stored next to jugs of water and boom boom sauce.
Equipment in poor repair. Multiple lower shelves have rusting.
Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Gap at bottom of back exterior door. Gap at bottom sides of side exterior door.
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor at fryers has grease build up.
Floors and/or walls in disrepair. Floor at entrance soft to walk on, covered with black mat. Exterior wall at back door, wood splintered.
