Open containers of various dairy product and milk all opened within the week, with no product date marking, per operator all opened product discarded on Saturday end of shift. Operator asked employee to date mark opened dairy products.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Cappuccino machine right hand nozzle soiled. Per operator nozzle not in use to be replaced.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Paper cup used as scoop in bulk container of coffee beans. Discussed scoops with handles with operator.
