Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee manipulation personal cell phone then proceeded to make ice cream sandwiches. Employee removed gloves, washed hands and put new gloves on.
Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed portioned ice cream made in house without date mark. As per employee item made 48 hours prior to inspection.
