Nonfood-grade hose conveying potable water. Observed orange non food grade hose connected to inlet of water line to water holding tank inside MFDV running to multiple splitter water lines for multiple units connected to tax office hose Bibb next door on adjacent property.

Grease recycling container overflowing onto ground. Observed no grease trap connected to hood, grease dripping on the ground. Operator stated that when the grease recycling company picks up the grease the recycling company is the responsible party that spills the grease.
In-use pizza peel stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Observed pizza peel stored between ansul pipe and stainless steel wall.
No container installed for catching grease from hood drip tray. Observed no drip tray coming from exhaust vent on outside of MFDV.
Stored food not covered. Observed cooked beef in reach in cooler not covered. Operator covered food.

Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed at least 8 small flying insects in near blender 3 compartment sink in truck. No small flying insects are landing in food, but they are landing on clean utensils.

Wet wiping cloths used for occasional spills on equipment food- and nonfood-contact surfaces not clean. Observed soiled wiping cloth in use on grill.
