Observed dish machine not sanitizing. Reading 0 ppm chlorine. Advised operator to discontinue the use of dish machine until repaired and use the triple sink in the interim. Triple sink was set up to do dishes reading chlorine 50 ppm.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed in translunar reach in cooler, raw conch stored over cooked chicken wings. Operator removed and stored cooked chicken to the top shelf.
