Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee at cookline touched his hat with gloved hands, then flipped tortillas on the grill with the same gloved hand. Inspector had the emoloyee wash hands and put on new gloves during this inspection.

This is the same employee who was listed as the manager on duty during the last inspection conducted on 08/14/2025.

The bar does have one other handwash sink in the bar that is not indicated on the floor plan and completely nonfunctional.
